"Very poor PG, pathetic management from care takers to Harneet himself. Extremely shabby rooms, so much dampness in rooms. Only cleanliness used to be which has also gone down. In 2 months of my stay, there were so many problems. Even a small problem like door latch took 30-35 working days to get solved. The water filters are extremely dirty and drinking water problem is real. The water cooler on my floor never worked despite several complaints. They have an app where we raise a complaint and they close it without working on it."

"I had a very disappointing experience living here: Voltage Fluctuations: Frequent voltage fluctuations cause problems with the AC. Power Backup: There is no power backup; we had to sleep without a fan for multiple days in May. Water Quality: Water quality of this area is so bad, it will destroy you hair , skin etc. Hidden Costs: They took a ₹1000 token fee, promising it would be adjusted towards the rent, but it wasn’t. They also didn’t disclose the exit fee beforehand. If you move out , there's a penalty of ₹2000 if you leave. Due to all these issues, I had to leave this PG in just 1.5 months. Not recommended at all."

"I do not recommend this property !! I have visited this property Slate Pearl Noida 104 and an employee from Slate (Hina) called me and tell me “stupid” as i was not finalising their property. My concern was that they have only 1 washing machine for two floors, how ppl manage. Nobody wants to lose their dignity and respect. However I can also reply that girl and say bad words but I didn’t."

"It was very good experience in slate pg , specially their services are top notch. If you are staying in this pg you can relax and chill, this PG does not have any strict restrictions. They ask us not to smoke or drink which most people agree too, except for 1 or 2. If you need good atmosphere then you can trust this pg."

"I stayed here at Slate Pearl for around 8 months and the experience has been more than amazing. You get all the amenities like AC, geyser, clean rooms, high speed WiFi and more. And the best part about the PG is that the caretakers listen to what you say and look after any issues that occur in the room. Last but not the least, the upper management, especially Harneet Jii, is super helpful and he is pretty serious about keeping the environment of PG appropriate for all the customers. All in all, it was a good experience."
